Absolutely. With Circolo Plus, you can create unlimited standalone events. Each event is set up individually, letting you build a team, send invites, assign specific tasks, and create detailed run sheets. And here’s the magic—your entire event portfolio appears in a single dashboard, making it easy to manage and track tasks across multiple events effortlessly.

How do I get my team onto Circolo?

It’s super simple. Just add your team members to your account—they’ll receive an invite by email. Once they’ve joined, you can assign tasks, add them to teams, include them in Runsheets, and collaborate on every detail of the event.

What is the price?

Right now, we offer two pricing options:
– Event Plan – Perfect for one-off events like parties and family celebrations. It’s a one-off fee of $10 ex GST, and you get access to the platform for 6 months.
– Event Plus – Ideal for event planners and professionals managing multiple events. This plan unlocks more tools and flexibility for $90 ex GST per month, with no lock-in contract.

Runsheets are your event’s control centre. Built directly into Circolo, they help you plan down to the minute-by-minute detail—assigning tasks, responsibilities, and timelines for every part of your event. You can even create custom views for specific teams.

Running a multi-day conference at a hotel? Give the F&B team a filtered view showing only what they need. Same for AV, transport, security—everyone stays focused, clear, and in sync.

And when things shift (as they often do)—a speaker runs over, or transport gets delayed—you can update the Runsheet instantly and every team gets notified in real-time. No more chaos, no more cold hors d’oeuvres.
