Absolutely. With Circolo Plus, you can create unlimited standalone events. Each event is set up individually, letting you build a team, send invites, assign specific tasks, and create detailed run sheets. And here’s the magic—your entire event portfolio appears in a single dashboard, making it easy to manage and track tasks across multiple events effortlessly.
It’s super simple. Just add your team members to your account—they’ll receive an invite by email. Once they’ve joined, you can assign tasks, add them to teams, include them in Runsheets, and collaborate on every detail of the event.
Right now, we offer two pricing options:
– Event Plan – Perfect for one-off events like parties and family celebrations. It’s a one-off fee of $10 ex GST, and you get access to the platform for 6 months.
– Event Plus – Ideal for event planners and professionals managing multiple events. This plan unlocks more tools and flexibility for $90 ex GST per month, with no lock-in contract.
