Absolutely. With Circolo Premium, you can create unlimited standalone events. Each event is set up individually, letting you build a team, send invites, assign tasks and create detailed run sheets. Your entire event portfolio appears in a single dashboard, making it easy to manage and track everything across multiple events effortlessly.
It’s simple. Just add your team members to your account — they’ll receive an invite by email. Once they’ve joined, you can assign tasks, add them to teams, include them in run sheets and collaborate on every detail of the event.

Circolo Free and Circolo Ticketing are free to use — Ticketing charges a 3.9% + $0.50 platform fee per ticket sold, with no monthly fee. Circolo Premium is $90 + GST per month with a reduced 2.5% + $0.50 platform fee on ticket sales, billed monthly with no lock-in contract.

Run sheets are your event’s control centre. Built directly into Circolo, they help you plan down to the minute — assigning tasks, responsibilities and timelines for every part of your event. You can create custom views for specific teams. Running a multi-day conference? Give the F&B team a filtered view showing only what they need. Same for AV, transport, security. When things shift, update the run sheet instantly and every team gets notified in real time.
