Sports Travel Experiences is packaging travel and hospitality for the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia, combining match tickets, accommodation, flights and experiences into a single connected platform. Circolo brings ticketing, guest documents, travel options and event operations together, giving the five-person team across Australia and South Africa one source of truth as packages move from sale through to delivery.
Circolo helps us connect the different stages. We can sell the tickets, collect the information we need, manage people arriving at the circuit and then use that to help plan and deliver the event. That gives us a repeatable process we can keep refining as The Drive Team grows.
